Pinpoint Check started as an idea over 10 years ago, our President and CEO Leonardo Avila wanted to provide small, medium and large organizations with a way of streamlining employee background checks for job candidates. Mr. Avila relied heavily on his 15 years of experience in the banking and real estate industry to structure Pinpoint Check in a way that would allow us to position ourselves as the leaders in employee background services.
